Ortac Villas

Our Ortac Villas are located in Kalkan centre and consist of two 3 bedroom villas, with the capacity to sleep 6 guests. The construction of these semi-detached villas satrted in December 2021 and was completed in June 2022 to a high standard. Both villas have been furnished with modern furniture ensuring homeowners can relax comfortably. The pool terraces to the Ortac Villas provide a space for guests to dine al-fresco, sunbathe and cool off in the shade.

Centrally Located in Kalkan's Centre

Located within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the sea; this villa is an ideal choice for families or friends who like to be located centrally. Unlike, most of Kalkan the Ortaalan area where our Ortac Villas are located is fairly flat, allowing for ease of walking.

Our Ortac Project was sold in 2022.
