For any foreigner looking to purchase a property in Turkey, they will be required to show an official valuation report. This is a means to 'protect' the foreigner. The report is carried out by an offical member, using details from the tapu and they will be required to physically look and evaluate the property. From here they will record any neccessary information, and also record a price on the property (this price is NOT the sale price).
A valuation report will be made using information from the current tapu, onling using a system called webtapu. An evaluator will then visit the said property and carry out the process before the sale is made, we suggest this is carried out the same week the sale is due to be made.
